By using the services offered by Plush-A-Pet, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Once your initial product is finished, we will provide you with pictures of your stuffed animal clone. You have the opportunity for up to three revisions to ensure your product aligns with your vision. If we have not achieved your desired outcome by the third revision, we will allow cancellation on your order and give you a full refund for your purchase.

Rest assured, we do not ship products without first getting your approval.

Our Return Policy may change from time to time.
